Training Internal TrainingThe training of all our staff is so important to ensure that the quality of the care we provide is of a high standard.. All staff new to care work to achieving the Care Certificate within the first 6 months of employment. All staff are trained mainly face to face in our own training centre with some of our training delivered online. All new carers are formally supervised to ensure they are safe and competent to work alone and all our staff are supervised regularly throughout the year to ensure standards are of a high level.Many staff have completed level 2 and 3 in Care and our senior team hold or are working to Level 5 in Care Management. All our staff receive training in the following. - Safeguarding.
